BBB Elects 2011 Leadership
Bob Van Cleave, Bandy Van Cleave, Williamson, LLC has been elected Chair of the BBB Board of Directors. Van Cleave, who was first elected to BBB's Board of Directors in 2004, succeeds James W. Cameron, Cameron Worley, PLC, who served as chair 2009/2010.
BBB begins it's 50th year of service with a membership base of over 5300 Middle TN & Southern KY businesses, 5 branch offices throughout Middle TN, and a record 2.4 million service requests in 2010. BBB Middle TN was honored with 5 Outstanding Performance recognitions from the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Arlington, VA in 2009/10 for programs and projects serving business and consumers of Middle Tennessee.
The BBB Board of Directors elected the following 2011 Officers:
Chair Elect 2013; Greg Boucher, Southwestern Great American Companies
Secretary; Steve Huff, R J Young
Treasurer; Ron F. Riley, Pitney Bowes
CEO/President, Kathleen Calligan, BBB Middle Tennessee, Inc. was re-elected
The following were elected Advisory Board Chair for BBB Branch Offices:
Ron Graves, Lamar Advertising, BBB Upper Cumberland/Cookeville
Rose Melton, Altra Federal Credit Union, BBB Tenn-Tucky/Clarksville
Harold Hamilton, Mercedes-Benz Nashville, BBB Williamson County/Franklin
Tom Swett, Ameri-Care Services, BBB Central TN/Murfreesboro
Dr. John Simmons, Core Physicians will serve a second term as Chair, BBB Tennessee Valley/Columbia
Annette Kalinowski, who served a 3-Year term as Advisory Board Chair, BBB Tenn-Tucky/Clarksville, was elected Director At Large.
